Contact by Issue Type

• Account Issues – Login, Ban, Recovery
  First use in-app support via Settings, Ask a Question. If unable to access the app, submit at telegram.org/support with your Malaysian phone number (+60) and legal name.
• Financial Scams and Fraud
  NSRC 997 for financial loss (24/7). Securities Commission 03-6204 8999 or aduan@seccom.com.my for investment fraud. PDRM Cyber Crime at ccid.rmp.gov.my for criminal cases.
• Illegal Content – Gambling, Drugs, CSAM
  Report to MCMC at aduan.skmm.gov.my and email abuse@telegram.org with channel links. Also report to PDRM. Telegram is MCMC-licensed in 2025, enabling direct enforcement.
• Impersonation and Phishing
  Report to @NoToScam bot in Telegram. File with MyCERT at mycert.org.my for phishing. Include all usernames, channel links, and screenshots.
